John A O'Neill - Managing Director

John is the founder and Managing Director of Traverse Associates. His experience
includes 15 years software development, 15 years modelling and analysis and over
7 years in management. Prior to founding Traverse Associates in 2007, John held positions across development, management and consultancy, developing solutions for 5 start-up companies within the defence, nuclear, banking, mobile telecommunications and travel industries.   At MyTravel, John was Head of Business Solutions where he developed pricing, revenue management and automation solutions for the company.

John was promoted to Applications Director during its merger with Thomas Cook to form the new Thomas Cook Group PLC. John has extensive experience in project management and new product development and a track record of delivering complex solutions used to improve the business performance of his clients. He holds a First Class Hons. In Physics, a PhD in Theoretical Physics, an MBA from Warwick Business School and is also a PRINCE2 qualified Practitioner and an NLP/NHR Practitioner.
