How Automate is used

  • After installation of our Automate product on your site, typically we will spend between 2-5 days automating the first few system processes. We will work with one of more of your subject matter experts to facilitate the knowledge transfer and training in the use of the product.
  • After roll out on your site, typically 80% of tasks can be automated with little or no support from us. Of the 20% of tasks that are complex we can support you in using the product either offsite with remote access or onsite as required. Support can be on an ad-hoc basis or as part of an annual fee tailored to your requirements.
