Contract loading
We have built a number of automation solutions upon the solid foundation of our Automate core product. All these solutions take 80% or more of their core functionality from Automate and then we add specific features that are relevant for each application. In particular, we have built solutions that can quickly add flexible and tailored functionality to most of the major reservation systems in the travel market. Our flagship application
Built upon Automate, is automated contract loading. The software takes contracts in a number of supplier formats such as PDF and Word and inputs them into the target reservation/inventory system. The system manages the massive complexity by extracting the contract data into a standard spreadsheet template where it can be reviewed and signed off. The system then loads all of the relevant system data onto the target system and audits the loaded information. Some of the system activities that can be managed automatically include:
